Her academic journey is marked by a PhD in Environmental Resource Management and physical planning from Nasarawa State University (2016–2023), along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from Usman Danfodio University, Sokoto (2013–2014). She holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Resource Management and Physical Planning (2014–2016) and a Bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning (1993–2000) from esteemed Nigerian universities. With over a decade of leadership experience, Dr. Henrietta has served in key roles, including: Proprietress, WittyKids Schools, Mararaba (Since 2011) Spearheading an inclusive and child-centered learning environment. Managing daily school operations and implementing long-term strategic goals. Chief Executive Officer, Henab Real Estate, Abuja (2009–2011) Led the company’s strategic direction, focusing on growth and profitability. Chief Operations Officer, New Technique Construction Company, Abuja (2005–2008) Managed operational strategies and ensured alignment with company objectives. Dr. Henrietta’s expertise in executive management, critical thinking, and strategic planning has enabled her to make significant contributions to both education and business sectors.
